Fall 2021 graduation applicants:
- If you used the graduation application site to apply, don’t worry, we have your application and are currently reviewing those received through December 9, 2021
- Any received after December 9, 2021, will be reviewed in January
- Received applications will not always show in Scorecard
- Graduation evaluation and awards for Fall 2021 will begin in January when we return to campus.
- It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to get all graduates evaluated, degrees awarded, and transcripts updated with degree information.
- Diplomas will be mailed mid-February
- Please make sure your address is correct so that your diploma arrives on your doorstep in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, we cannot answer individual questions regarding completion at this time (SCOREcard is a good indicator, but not final until a degree awarded is shown) so that we can get everyone awarded as quickly as possible. SCOREcard will show your degree as awarded once it has been processed. You can request a transcript now, check the hold for degree posting option, and those will be sent out once degrees have been awarded.
Spring 2022 graduation applicants:
- If you applied by October 15, you will receive an evaluation email before Spring 2022 classes begin
- If you applied after October 15 an evaluation email before Spring 2022 classes begin cannot be guaranteed
- Keep in contact with your advisors and check Scorecard to make sure you are on track
Information about the May 2022 Commencement ceremony will be sent by early February so keep an eye on your GHC email for details.
