Changes to Fall Course delivery/format of your classes

Dear GHC Student –

Wondering how fall classes will be delivered?  We are changing the way we will deliver some classes because we want to provide a lot of options for your education. Some of you may want to take courses in-person, while others may be more comfortable remotely, and we are working to try to meet all of these needs.

You will see the Fall 2020 course schedule change some this week. It will show:

  •  smaller on-campus class sizes to allow for social distancing
  •  changing some classes to fully online (labeled as “web-based” in Course Offerings)
  • modifying some others to live streaming (labeled as “eClassroom” in Course Offerings).
If you are already registered, please look at your classes frequently over the next week to see how they may have changed.  If you wish to switch class sections, you can do so through SCORE or you can contact any advisor for assistance (advising@highlands.edu).  If you have not registered, please contact us (advising@highlands.edu) so that we can help you decide what classes will best suit your needs and goals.

We trust this email finds you well and ready to begin, or continue, your educational journey. We look forward to working with you this Fall to assure your success at GHC and beyond.
