Optional Student Cybersecurity Awareness Training Launches Monday (03/23)

In partnership with the University System of Georgia (USG), Georgia Highlands College is pleased to offer students access to optional cybersecurity awareness training through KnowBe4.

This training will be available beginning Monday, March 23rd.

Participation is completely voluntary, and the training is designed to serve as a helpful resource to strengthen your digital safety skills. Even though it’s optional, the program provides meaningful benefits that extend beyond the classroom:

  • Financial & Identity Protection: Learn how to spot scams aimed at financial aid, tuition payments, personal accounts, and social media.
  • Career Readiness: Enhance your digital literacy and security awareness, capabilities that employers across all industries increasingly value.
  • Online Safety: Gain practical tools to navigate the digital world confidently and protect your personal information.
