Any students who have a learning support hold and wish to attempt to exempt learning support through testing are eligible to participate in the bootcamp sessions.

Students attending one time slot of a bootcamp session will be allowed to take the Accuplacer for free ($30 fee waived) to attempt to exempt learning support.

Each time slot will cover prep work to prepare to take the Reading test, WritePlacer, and Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics test.

Students can register by either clicking the link in the Navigate campaign or by emailing LSBootcamp@highlands.edu.  Here are the bootcamp sessions and time slots:

Session A: Monday, April 15, 2024

                   from 10am – 1pm (at Cartersville and virtual via MS Teams) and 3pm – 6pm (at Cartersville and virtual via MS Teams)

Session B: Wednesday, April 17, 2024

                   from 10am – 1pm and 6pm – 8:30pm (virtual only through MS Teams)

Session C: Thursday, April 18, 2024

                   From 3pm – 6pm and 6pm – 8:30pm (virtual only through MS Teams)
