Many spots are still available for the upcoming GHC Student Vaccine Event this Friday (April 30) on the Cartersville site.

If you wish to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine this week, please complete this pharmacy form today: https://form.jotform.com/211084515092146   

You must complete the pharmacy form. If you do not complete the pharmacy form, you WILL NOT be able to receive the vaccine during this event.

The vaccination event will take place in the Cartersville student center/gym.

During this event, you will receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The Pfizer shot is given in two separate doses. The first will be given during GHC’s April 30th event. The second will be provided at an additional GHC vaccine event in May. You may learn more about the vaccines here.
