As of August 1st, 2020, Duo two-factor authentication will be required for all student Single Sign-On accounts. This service will add a second layer of protection to your GHC email, D2L, and Zoom accounts by requiring something in addition to your password when you access these systems. You can choose to use one or more the following options with Duo:
- A text message or phone call.
- A push notification using the Duo Mobile app on your smartphone.
- A six-digit passcode that appears in the Duo Mobile app on your smartphone.
- A physical U2F Security Key, such as a Yubico YubiKey, that is connected to your computer.
Enroll in Duo today by visiting duoportal.highlands.edu and following the instructions provided on the website. If you have already enrolled in Duo, no further action is necessary at this time.
