To GHC students:
What better way to launch yourself into a new decade than joining us for our annual snow skiing/snowboarding experience to the North Carolina mountains, January 5-9, 2020! This will be our 41st consecutive year of offering Georgia Highlands’ students this exciting 2-hour physical education elective. This course is primarily designed for physical education credit, but can also be enjoyed for non-credit as a Continuing Education enrollee. Credit students will attend 6 hours of pre-trip workshops in December, followed by 5 days of intense “on the slope” instruction with French Swiss Ski College of Blowing Rock, NC. This experience is affordable, exciting, and provides an opportunity to begin 2020 the right way. Better still, have the work for a 2-hour course completed before the official semester start day. Clearly, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.
