The SGA President represents the GHC student body to the administration, community, and beyond. Among the many duties and responsibilities of the position, the SGA President is responsible for running the SGA meetings; representing GHC students at various institutional, local, state, and regional functions; communicating student interests to college administration; assisting with the establishment of programming and engagement opportunities both on and off campus.
The SGA meets at 11:00am on the first and third Friday of each month during the Fall and Spring Semesters in the videoconference rooms on all GHC locations. All regular meetings are open meetings, and interested students are encouraged to attend. Contact your Dept. of Student Life staff for more info at studlife@highlands.edu.
